Services We Provide

We provide electricity brokerage services, including helping evaluate and compare retail electricity offers and assisting with plan selection and enrollment support, as applicable.

Agreement Duration

No fixed-duration brokerage term unless separately stated in a signed brokerage or client-agent agreement.

Compensation

We are compensated by the Retail Electric Provider (REP). Our compensation is built into the electricity price offered and is not billed to you as a separate broker fee.

Termination

How to terminate brokerage services: You may terminate brokerage services at any time, with no advance notice requirement. Notice is appreciated by email to Doug@BarmoreEnergy.com or by text/phone at 832-303-2992, but notice is not required.

Termination fee/cost for brokerage services: There is no fee for termination of our brokerage services. Early Termination Fees (ETFs) may apply to signed electricity supply agreements with a REP, as detailed in the applicable REP agreement.

Client-Agent Relationship (If Applicable)

If we act on your behalf for selection, enrollment, or contract execution, we will do so under a written client-agent agreement that includes authorized actions, relationship duration, termination terms, any applicable costs, and customer data handling terms.
